OUR GUARANTEE

We are committed to customer satisfaction, and hope that you will order from us on many occasions and recommend us to your friends. If you are not satisfied with your order in any way please inform us immediately by email or telephone. In order that we have a record of all correspondence we request that you contact us by email in the first instance. We will endeavour to resolve any issues promptly and may offer a refund or replacement goods at our discretion.

PRIVACY POLICY AND SECURITY INFORMATION

To process your order, we will require your name, e-mail address, credit or debit card number and card expiry date. Without this information we are unable to process your request or notify you of acceptance of your order. A telephone number is also required so that we can contact you if there is a problem with your order.

Unless you advise us otherwise, we may pass your contact information to our couriers or other agents in case they need to contact you to arrange the processing or delivery of your order. When you register with us you can choose whether or not you would like to be sent notification of special orders, promotions and other correspondence from us via your email.

  • Access to customer account information is limited solely to those who need access for the performance of their job.
  • We use full login and password controls on our sales control system.
  • Confidentiality and database access controls are reviewed periodically and updates as required to further protect your personal data.

CREDIT CARDS AND SECURITY

All transactions take place through SagePay. Please read their terms and conditions to how they conduct credit card transactions. Always ensure that you always log off once you have finished using a shared computer.

POSTAGE & DELIVERY

We can deliver our famously good food direct to your door and at very competitive prices.  We delivery our produce using the Royal Mail and charge their standard prices for sending a 2nd class ‘packet’ based on the weight of your order (see Royal Mail Delivery Prices).

If your order is over £25, we’ll deliver it for FREE.

REFUND / RETURNS POLICY

CANCELLATION POLICY

Unless there are any unexpected delays with your order, goods will be dispatched on the next working day.  Should you wish to cancel your order, please email orders@mercersofyorkshire.co.uk quoting your order reference number before 9am on the next working day following your order.  We will confirm if your order had successfully been cancelled and will refund your card with 7-10 working days.
